Take a Bath
Fill the tub with warm / hot water and add:
2 C. Epsom salts
5-7 drops lavender essential oil (for calming effect)
1 Tbsp. coconut oil (for moisturizing effect)
Soak for 20 minutes. If you can light a candle and do some deep breathing, even better!
The magnesium in Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin, relieving muscle aches, diminishing stress, and promoting sleep. Note: If you don’t have time for a bath, a magnesium oil spray is an easy way to boost your magnesium levels and experience more restful sleep.
