Spin a Smoothie


here’s how:

Smoothies are a great way to get the nutrients you need
to start the day right. Once you establish a routine, it will become easy -
and kids like them too. My go-to recipe is this:
1 scoop vegetable protein powder
(or 1 Tbsp. almond butter plus 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds or hemp hearts),
big handful kale or spinach (about 1 C.),
1/2 C. frozen wild blueberries,
1/2 frozen banana, and 1 C. liquid,
such as almond milk.
Blend in blender until smooth.
