Smile, Breathe, Go Slowly
Form a slight smile by gently turning up the corners of your mouth.
Take a deep breath into your low belly, hold for 4 counts, then exhale slowly for 4 or more counts.
Notice how you feel now.
Can you slow down? Do one thing at a time?
Can you make a better choice -- or let things just be?
