Legs Up the Wall
Lie on your back with your sit-bones as close to the wall as you can comfortably get.
Extend your legs up the wall so they are resting against it.
Place your arms out to your sides, palms up.
Rest here for 2 to 10 minutes as you let gravity help you relax and release.
This is a restorative yoga pose that is nourishing, relaxing and grounding. Use it any time to diminish anxiety, stress or insomnia.
